San Francisco City Hall Wedding
Photography Meg Smith
Long-time friends Megan and Ronald were each other’s prom dates in high school. Ronald knew then that one day he would marry her. That day of the wedding turned out to be 7/17/17 and the Bride and Groom eloped with just four guests. Following their City Hall ceremony, they went on an adventure through San Francisco, along with photographer Meg Smith, who captured the newlyweds at their favorite landmarks, including stunning views of the Golden Gate Bridge.

For their reception, our team took over the private dining room at Spruce restaurant in Laurel Village. With romance at the forefront of the evening, we designed the space to feel intimate by including blush pillar and tapered candles, and romantic blooms in shades of soft pink, peach and cream. In keeping with the soft feminine tone, we incorporated Swiss dot table linens and accented them with specialty dotted china. Place card holders were ‘flower frogs’ which we custom painted for a brass effect to compliment the brass vases and candleholders. The couple and their guests then sat down to enjoy an opulent eight-course dinner, followed by a slices of sea salt and caramel wedding cake.
