With family flying in from around the globe, experiencing the luxuries of Napa wine country and the ambience at Auberge’s Solage Resort, was something April & AJ dreamt of the most. The weekend celebration began with a welcome BBQ lunch held at a family friend’s winery, followed by a rehearsal dinner at Two Birds One Stone restaurant in St. Helena.
On the wedding day, refined classic elegance set the tone for our design. We incorporated white lush florals and accented the space with an array of texture including mother of pearl, used in the escort wall, menus and other custom signage. These elements brought a fresh, modern take on an otherwise traditional color palette. Layering textures from douppioni silk table cloths, Carrara marble china, and acrylic chairs made for a classic yet contemporary design.
One of our favorite elements was the fourteen foot floral chandelier that dazzled over a white high gloss dance floor. The floral installation was strung together with a mixture of varying sized acrylic orb pendant lights. Our goal was to design a visually stunning space that felt warm, inviting and intimate, especially during the couple’s meaningful hora!
